I st. is just a street that leads to factories and not much else. Although I would say this would be a prime place to locate a job if you are in need of work because of the many places around that could hire you.

Hugo st. is very small street that dead ends on my side of it but it seems like a good place to live for anyone who lives there. It gives you a taste of the country while you are still in the city because of the many trees in the area.

This is just basically a stadium access rd. that leads to either 10th st. or 13th st. It mostly just gives access to parking spaces just to get into the stadium. Other than that it does not have much use.

It is still a very nice little street to live on and also has a nice view of Rosenblatt stadium. This would be the perfect street for a baseball fan to live on because they could easily go to just about every game played each season.

This is pretty much the closest you can get to the good ole main st. You can easily walk to anywhere you would want to go and the street offers plenty of activities to do on your weekend. Food, Shops, Clubs, etc... this street has it.

Could I rate this place any lower......

Rule number 1 with this street is keep away from this street. It is simply not safe for anyone to travel on and you have to deal with criminals left and right. I am not saying everyone who lives on this street is a criminal but the gang activity is horrible here and not a good place for children.

So do you wanna watch a baseball game or go to the zoo? These are some questions you may want to ask yourself when traveling down 10th street because you could easily make a day out of going to both if you wanted too.
