2 bedroom apartments in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco - how much should I expect to pay?

So finding out how much you should expect to apy for a 2-bedroom apartment in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco is a little hard because I was recently looking at renting there and I only found studios and 1 bedrooms there. They ranged from $800 to $1000 which is about as good as it gets in terms of rent prices in SF.

Given those prices, I would expect a 2 bedroom in Visitacion Valley ot go for about $1250 to $1500. Though finding one might be difficult.
