Where can I find exalgo er 8 mil

Please help me this is the only med that works . I was diagnosed with a chronic condition , I may have to remove my overy from this at 27 . Im trying to become a doctor to help others . I work now as a CMA but I can't walk or eat due to my condition. I'm in so much pain . Please I dont know what to do
