"Fair to Middlin'"
The neighborhood of Hilltop Drive in Union City is a nice neighborhood, in a relatively nice community. There has been some depreciation and the homes may not be holding their value as well as they once did (and not particularly because of the housing market). But despite that, the neighbors have still maintained their neighborly spirit. Many in the neighborhood have been there for years, raised their children there, and are now entertaining their grandchildren in the same way.
The modest homes are nicely maintained, and the pride of the residents can be seen in how well they maintain their homes. Residents of Hilltop Drive do have access to local conveniences and some local shopping and restaurants. But the area is certainly not big on nightlife, but most of those who have settled in this area are looking for more of a family atmosphere.
