"Great Lakes All Around"
Residents of Ravenwood Drive in Union City have some great advantages. They are located just a stones throw away from several lakes that comprise the Valley Lakes area. Now, I am not a real estate guru, but I do know when your property is close to the lake and all that lakefront properties have to offer, somehow the value of your home tends to remain versus other landlocked homes.
To be able to come home from a hard days work, park the car, and take a leisurely stroll to the waters edge where you can leave all the muss and fuss from the day behind, has to be a nice option. (I'm almost kind of jealous). What makes the neighborhood even nicer is the great schools located nearby, the eco friendly surroundings and the neighborly spirit.
