What are the best dog parks in San Francisco?

Fort Funston National Park is pretty great. It's on the western side of Lake Merced, near the beach. If you go here, you'll find tons of dogs running around. It's doggie heaven. Your dog can even swim in the ocean.

There is also a good "training area" in Golden Gate Park that serves as a dog park. It's at 36th and Fulton. There isn't a ton of rass, so you have to be ready to deal with sandy fur and muddy paws.
