This beautiful southwest neighborhood includes Bell Oaks Lane, Salem Heights Lane, Salem Court, Salem Heights Drive ,Woodview Lane, Woodland Drive and Baihly Lane. There is a lot of privacy in this neighborhood yet you are still just minutes from shopping and downtown Rochester. Approximately 350 people live in this neighborhood with a median age of 47 years. This neighborhood has a few dozen high end villas as part of the Salem Heights Homeowners Association as well as several larger single family homes. The median sale price in the neighborhood is 395,000 with the most expensive home in the neighborhood valued at over 1,000,000.
