"Emerald Hills, quietly located with easy access to necessities"
Emerald Hills is a smaller development in NE Rochester. It is conveniently located near Century High School. Its location gives access to East Circle Drive which can bring you south of town as well as wrap around towards the NW side of town. Their is not much for choices in dining nor shopping nearby, but access East Circle Drive gives the accessibility to those options fairly quickly.
