"Dusty two-lane highway and trailer park"

Southeast Bayshore is a thin slice of land which only encompasses Bayshore Boulevard. The busy two-lane highway connects locals to US Route 101 and down the San Francisco peninsula. The street skirts the Lagoon Bayshore and the accompanying San Francisco Bay, but isn’t known for anything elf. In fact, 99% of the people driving through the area will just think its an uninhabited wasteland. But off the beaten path, you’ll find Andry’s Trailer Park and VWR, a laboratory equipment supplier company.

The only interesting aspects of Southeast Bayshore is its proximity to a couple outdoor attractions. Its most recognized is Candlestick Park. The stadium lies a couple miles north of the district’s limits and is where the San Francisco 49ers play their home games. Elsewhere, San Bruno Mountain State Park is located directly west of Southeast Bayshore. On the neighborhood’s sides, you’ll find Brisbane’s residential quarters to the west and the Caltrain tracks running alongside Bayshore Boulevard to the east.

  • Nothing Much Here

"Test Tubes and Trailers"

Southeast Bayshore is just the strip of land surrounding Bayshore Blvd. and skirting the western shore of the Lagoon in Brisbane. It is not really much of a neighborhood, including only Andry’s Trailer Park as far as residents go. It is also home to one of the largest employers in Brisbane, VWR International’s Brisbane office. VWR is a laboratory equipment supplier.

That is pretty much it, however. Not much else to this area.
Pros
  • Good Employer
Cons
  • Trailer Park Living
  • Nothing Much Here
