"Quiet and safe but sparse neighborhood."

Amelia Avenue runs through northwest Phoenix, it is an ok area, quiet and safe, but pretty boring and not very attractive, just a servicable older neighborhood. It is fairly affordable and in a good location for schools. It is a long distance from downtown or any entertainment, however.

"ok older neighborhood, quiet"

Piccadilly Road leads to the outskirts of west Phoenix. It is a quiet older neighborhood without much in the way of entertainment or amenities, but it is safe. It is close to several parks and convenient to Interstate 10, Highway 101, and W Indian School Rd, all major thoroughfares. It is fairly close to some decent public schools, for those with families.

"good for families on a budget"

West Fairmount Avenue is a middle to lower middle class neighborhood with small to medium sized ranch style homes. It is a safe neighborhood, but without many frills. It is close to schools, parks, and the interstate. This quiet neighborhood is nice for families on a fixed budget, the nearby public schools are decent and it is a quiet, safe area.

"quiet and clean residential area"

West Indianola Ave winds through northwestern Phoenix. It is hard to follow because the street begins and ends many times, only to pick back up a block or so later. It is not very scenic, just servicable ranch-style homes, but is in a safe and quiet neighborhood near schools, parks, and the golf course.

"ok street for families or retirees"

West Weldon Street is a fairly nondescript street. It is in a good location for families, near schools and parks. It is also in close proximity to both Interstate 10 and Interstate 17, which is convenient for travel. It is a quiet neighborhood of middle class, 1950s and 1960s ranch style homes.

"good location for schools"

West Whitton Ave is in a good area for families with several children, as it is in close proximity to the local public elementary, middle, and high schools. It is also close to several parks, a shopping center, and golf course. Other than that, there is not much going on in this area, it is very quiet, fairly well-kept but not upscale.

"neat and quiet neighborhood but not much diversity"

West Clarendon Ave is a quiet middle class area, of mostly well-kept older homes. It is nothing fancy but is safe and close proximity to schools and parks. It is also very near a municipal golf course. This would be a good neighborhood for families with children or retirees, not especially good for young couples or singles due to the lack of entertainment options and distance from downtown.

"convenient to the high school"

West Mitchell Drive is not an especially scenic street, but it is convenient for families with children, as it is within walking distance to all three schools (elementary, high school, and middle school). There is a small shopping center close by also. This is a quiet residential area, not much in the way of nightlife.

"ok residential area, good for families"

West Mulberry Dr is in northwestern Phoenix. It is another middle class residential area, not exciting nightlife for young people, but good for families starting out on a limited budget with children. There are several parks within walking distance, and schools are very close. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood.

"pleasant and quiet neighborhood near schools"

West Cheery Lynn Road winds through northwest Phoenix. I lived near Cheery Lynn Rd and 59th Ave. It is an ok middle class to lower middle class neighborhood. Nothing really special or scenic, just basic small to medium sized homes, not especially well landscaped. However, it is a safe neighborhood and in close proximity to elementary, middle, and high schools, several parks, and Interstate 10 for easy access to the rest of Phoenix and points east and west. This is a good neighborhood for a famiy starting out, retirees, or those on a limited budget.
