"A peaceful sanctuary in the midst of Manhattan!"
East End Avenue is a perfect and historic New York residence, especially for folks looking for a grand home or pied-a-tier so close in location, yet so far from the hassles of living in other neighborhoods of the City and especially, midtown and downtown. Truly a respite and sanctuary relative to most neighborhoods of NYC. East End Ave is children friendly, dog friendly (2 NYC's premier off leash dog runs), older and younger demographically diverse. Crosstown buses cross at 79th and 86th St, take people across town with ease and convenience. For joggers, strollers, bikers, dog walkers, their is no finer venue for such activities then the beautiful tiered gardens, Esplanade and Carl Schurz Park.
