I think this could be a good street depending on what you're looking for. If you're looking for something eventful, it's not here. If you're looking for something exciting, it's not here. If you're looking for some peace and quiet, it's not here. If you're looking for cheap housing, it's here!

I think many young people flock to Brooklyn nowadays to save money, squat with friends, and enjoy spacious apartments for a quarter of the cost of something in Manhattan. If that sounds like what you're looking for, it's on West 18th!
