72nd St
"On 72nd Street"
On 72nd Street in Brooklyn, you’ll find schools, places of worship, and a few small service-oriented businesses. This neighborhood really is one for the families, and I think it’s a good place for young families and people looking to break away from the insanity that is Manhattan at times. The metro train conveniently located on 70th Street at New Utrecht Avenue (D, M trains) keeping the area connected with Manhattan. All in all, a good street to live on.

"Bobs And Weaves"
This street bobs and weaves its way through Queens, so with each section it touches, comes a different vibe. You'll find that the street is a bit dirty, but that doesn't detract from its convenience. I think that the small businesses, churches, and schools add to the friendliness of the area and also to the convenience. It's also fairly accessible by the bus if you need to get to midtown Manhattan.
