After looking at some stats, I see that the average worth of a home in Amenia has really gone down over the last five years (and with the decline in the housing market, it's not terribly surprising). $215,000 is the current number, and it's only rebounded slightly from its low point. Having checked out real estate listings just recently, I know that there are also some very, very expensive houses on the market here too (think high-six or even seven-digit numbers).
Many of the houses on the market have three bedrooms, but it varies. For about $200k, you'll probably get at least 1,100 square feet and more than one bathroom. Again, no two houses are exactly the same, but these are just some general trends I noticed when doing the research.
