"Aqualane Shores, Waterfront Community perfect for boating!"
Aqualane Shores is a great location for some really nice waterfront single family residences and convenient to downtown Olde Naples too! The neighborhood consists of waterfront lots and single family homes that range from old style homes as "tear" downs to build and new estate size custom built homes. Attractions like the Naples Pier, Olde Naples, Gulf of Mexico beaches are all a walk or bike ride away here...

Aqualane Shores has the distinct advantage of being convenient to Olde Naples, downtown, 5the Avenue South, 3rd Street South with many fine dining establishments, shopping and night spots that the locals love. Having such close access to pristine Gulf Beaches does not hurt either here and residents can apply for Beach Permits for plenty of parking options!
