Arden Ave
"give this neighborhood a try"
Arden Ave is in a little neighborhood in South San Fran that might not look like much at first glance- small, older, nondescript homes, not much in the way of beautification. But this area has many advantages. The housing is affordable compared to the rest of SF, and there are several parks nearby.
