What is the difference between Sands Mill Estates and Thomas Wright Estates in Armonk?

They are both located on Wright Mill Road but were developed by different builders. Sands Mill is one builder and Thomas Wright had many lots sold privately for custom homes by owner and several builders. Both are beautiful luxury enclaves in Armonk.
