Are there many biking trails in Arvada? If so, how long are they?

Asking mostly for families with children. Are they difficult trails, hilly, or flat?

There are bike trails throughout Arvada I like the neighborhoods west out by Tucker Lake and the bike path around the lake. Also, west off Wadsworth around 80th and 72th area there are a lot of bike paths.
