What the best place for single professionals to live in Arvada?

I like the condos that are in and around the Olde Town area. If you can afford a home perhaps you should be looking further west. If you work in Denver, I suggest you stay away from going too far up Wadsworth. I find the traffic on Wads. heavy in rush hour.
