Can someone help me please?

I am moving to atlanta in a couple months and i need to know the best neighborhoods. I will also be attending SamVerly Barber School so i would like to be as close as possible. If any one can help me out i would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance!!

OR cabbagetown or East Atlanta or Grant Park :)
