Is Lincoln Homes, Atlanta a good neighborhood for investors?

What is the property value like here? I am looking for a house that I can buy low, fix up a bit, and then resale for a quick profit... Is the Lincoln Homes community up-and-coming enough to have this sort of demand? Thanks.
