Home price range in Austin, Chicago - What can I expect to pay at the top, low and mid range?

Austin isn't too expensive, and you can find a lot of places for around $100,000. That's not a small amount of money, but for a home it's not too bad. I've seen foreclosures and cheaper places in the area for well under $100,000 though, so you can find a place on a smaller budget.

The average listing price for a home in Austin, Chicago is $114K. At the low end prices are sitting at around $50k, while the high end will cost you around $200K.
