What is traffic like around the Baker area? Especially during rush hour?

In the neighborhood itself, pretty quiet. Broadway, 6th Ave, and Alameda all get pretty heavy, so with luck, I avoid them :) First is a great little cut-through to get onto I-25 with a short stint on Sante Fe which usually works well for me when everything else is too busy.
