"Perfect residential neighborhood for families."

Balsam Avenue in Sunnyvale, California is a wonderful Bay Area neighborhood. Close to everything that families need and want such as Fair Oaks Park. Just minutes from conveniences such as Highway 101 or Sunnyvale Golf Course. Everything that families want is nearby such as great schools, hospitals, entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Perfect location for commuters as well.
