Bayview, San Francisco - What are home prices like at the lower, middle and top end?

On the lower end, Bayview home prices run between $100 K and $250 K.
In the middle, homesrange from $250 to $450 K with the median being around $325.
On the high end, homes sell for up to $650 K.

If you know SF at all, you know that is on the low end--it is, of course, Bayview's reputation as a dangerous area.
