Do any Beacon restaurants specialize in fusion cuisine?

I'm not a specialist in fusion cuisine by any means, but I think the closest you'll find to this style of food is at School of Jellyfish. There's some great coffee, vegetarian food and chocolate! It's quite a mix of different foods, but everything goes together very well and tastes great!
