What other San Francisco neighborhoods are similar to Bernal Heights?

In terms of demographics, Potrero Hill and Noe Valley are most like Bernal Heights. In some ways though it reminds me of West Portal a bit. It is always hard to compare one SF neghborhood to another--each has its own eclectic mix of features. It's one of the things people love about San Francisco so much.
