I agree that Beverly is a very safe area. There has been some minor misdemeanor crimes along the transit route to the north of the area.

I'd say it's almost completely non-existent. Beverly is easily one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago.

Beverly is a pretty safe neighborhood. They don't really have any big crime issues.
