"Peaceful with towering redwoods yet close to the City"
I have lived in Blithedale Canyon for over 7 years, and when I landed here, I finally felt like I was home. Unimaginable beauty coupled with an easy commute to the "big city" makes this an ideal place to set down roots. I love walking into town (ten minute walk) and hanging out in the square (in my opinion, the best hangout spot in Marin) or grabbing a bite. Safe living, nature, great schools, and close proximity to SF are all why I love living in my sweet little neck of the woods.

- Prices of homes are rising, but they do maintain their value for resale

"Peaceful Blithedale Canyon"
The beauty about Blithedale Canyon is the fact that it encompasses true tranquility while at the same time provides easy access to Downtown Mill Valley, the heart of town. One is able to stroll to the town's center with ease vis-a-vis steps &/or Corte Madera / W. Blithedale avenues. Along the way, you hear birds chirping, the babbling creek and maybe even see a deer or two. Coupled with friendly neighbors, excellent schools, fantastic biking and hiking trails and ideal weather, Blithedale Canyon is ideal!
