In the snowy days of winter do people living in Blue River often get stuck at home?

Does the county keep the road plowed?

When I lived up in that area I felt the plows did a good job, although I was closer to Breckenridge. I'm sure it's like anywhere in Colorado, if there's enough snow it will take time to clear it.
