Any fun places to celebrate New Year's Eve in Boulder?

I don't think the Inn is really an "inn" any longer from what I remember from being up at Gold Hill Inn. The New Years Eve party starts at 7pm and they are serving light food, tickets for the food and Tommy and the Tangerines band are $29. The band is great, the lead singer Mikey C is a great great singer. They have their own really good songs that are catchy the first time you hear them and they also cover the Beatles amazingly.

Boulder is a super happening place to be for NYEve. The Boulder Theater is always fun and this year they are hosting the Yonder Mountain String Band, a great Colorado bluegrass band, so that will be quite the party. There are certainly going to be many, many special dinners with midnight festivities at all the best restaurants from The Kitchen, to Frasca, to Salt, to the Oak at 14th, so if you are a foodie, that would be fun too. Your question is a really good one, so I hope you get some great ideas from other Boulderites!
