Are there good sports leagues in Boulder for kids?

Sports like soccer or pop warner football?

For soccer the YMCA has great programs for younger kids. They also have flag football. Boulder Indoor soccer also has leagues and good coaching. They have games outside at Foothills Community Park or in their two indoor facilities. FC Boulder (formerly the Force) is a bit more competitive and widely popular.
