Does anyone remember Boulder flooding like this in the past?

Most of Boulder is in the flood plain, and I know we're over due for the 100 year flood, so maybe it was just a matter of time? But no, I have not seen anything like this in my 13 years in Boulder!

HeatherS Me neither-I have never seen any flooding in Boulder even half as intense. I hightailed out with my daughter and cat earlier today and am staying up in Steamboat Springs now for the weekend. We live literally on the Boulder Creek at 28th Street and were evacuated around noon today by sirens.
