How does Boulder compare with other college towns?

I have lived in both Fort Collins and Boulder (as far as CO college towns go) and they seem to have a lot of similarities as far as their relations to the colleges are concerned. 4/20 can be annoying in Boulder, but the University is working to make it less of an issue. You will have traffic on home football games which is always a pain but such is life in a college town.
