An add on craigs list will bring out more candidates from CU than you will want to interview. Highly qualified, vibrant and great with kids. Try the school paper as well. When I use to look when my kids were that age my ads headline was looking for Mary Poppins and it seemed to attract the people that have a bit of magic, good luck!

My daughter is 16 now so not sure really first hand anymore but there are lots and lots of daycare and pre-schools in Boulder. But expensive (of Course)
