My mom loves the Dushanbe Teahouse, everytime she comes to visit we go, it is one of her favorite things in Boulder.

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse on 13th between downtown Boulder and the Boulder creek is a magical place. The building itself was created and donated by the mayor of Dushanbe, Tajikistan because they are a sister city to Boulder. Dushanbe is the capital and largest city in Tajikistan.

If you have not been there go! It is a restaurant and place to share a small pot of tea with a friend. You can just show up and eat and sip, and it is not really that expensive.
