Boulder is surprisingly doing well, out east and the mountain towns are still reeling. I live a couple 100 yards from the Boulder Creek at 28th and Creek basically near Scott Carpenter Park. The waters rushed by with huge standing waves and big trees in the whitewater for days and changed the rocks and made islands in the creek where there were none before. But amazingly from where we live the Boulder Creek system held up well. Boulder HIgh which is on the creek was back in action in less than a week. Most in Boulder did okay, some in South Boulder Table Mesa area had terrible sewage backup and as mentioned the mountain slopes and up into the foothills had landslide problems.
