How can I find Modern Orthodox synagogues in the Midwood/Prospect Heights area?

I'm having a hard time finding any Modern Orthodox congregations in Brooklyn. I'm a newcomer and I don't know how to look. I'll be going to Brooklyn College, so I'm looking along the 2, 5, B, or Q lines.
