Bucks County

If you are from the Philadelphia area and you are looking for a suburb that is more affordable, and more woodzy than Montgomery than Bucks is the place to be. Property taxes aren't crazy and you can get a lot more bang for your buck. Sure there are a lot of split level, cape cods, and colonials but you can sometimes find them on an acre instead of .25 acre or less, like you would be Montgomery county. I own a chimney company that services the tri-county area and by far my favorite place to work is northwest bucks county near Doylestown. lots of open space and great food and cultural downtown.
