What are the schools like in Buena Vista?

According to state testing standards on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest they rank as follows: elementary - 7, middle school - 5, and high school - 9. I haven't personally known anyone who lives here though, so I can't speak for the parents or how they feel about the schools.
