What do you think of the word ‘Philly’…?

Anyone offended by the use of this word? It seems that folks affectionately use this expression to represent this major city in many ways...

Hi advisor,

I think the topic should be "Frisco" VS "Philly"!! I'd be very interested to hear people's opinions on this one. Perhaps it should be posted on the Philly forums?
