What are the schools like? I have a 10 year old who will be entering 5th grade in September.

There are five elementary schools, one middle and one high school in Port Washington. I have children currently in the elementary, middle and high school and am very happy with all of their schools. The Port Washington school website gives you an overview of the schools and some of their achievements. http://www.portnet.k12.ny.us/site/default.aspx?PageID=1
