Heard decks are being re-done, do you know why?

Considering the area, just want to see if decks are faulty, problems of any kind for this community, also who is builder please, and any warranties

Considering that area, who is builder, heard changes to all decks. Is there problems? Any fees for homes, snow,grass care...or home owner responsible. Could not find info if have basements, do they have them. Oh and what are taxes like.
