"A beautiful little community just west of the Springs"
Cascade-Chipita Park is a beautiful community of about 1,600 residents just west of Colorado Springs. It is a primarily white community (91%) that has an average household income of $57,970 which is just about $2,500 more than the state of Colorado average. The homes here are just barely under Colorado average homes prices at $229,369 (about $10,000 less). There are some beautiful homes here that are on some acres with great views, which obviously go for much more than average. There are also some cabins up here, mostly for renters. This town is close to both Colorado Springs and Woodland Park, where residents can find employment, shopping, and dining.
Pros
- close enough to Colorado Springs to commute

"Cascade-Chipita Park is a nice neighborhood just out of Colorado Springs"
Cascade-Chipita Park is a small community of a few hundred people mostly settled along the foothills west of HW 24 north of Colorado Springs and not far from Woodland Park. There are some really nice homes and ranches and the neighborhood is pretty hugging the mountains. It is an easy commute to the Springs and a nice getaway place for families or retirees. The average household income is about $50,000 and real estate is not cheap but the location is gorgeous and most of the homes are top notch.
Pros
- close enough to Colorado Springs to commute
