"An Aurora community on the northeast side of town"
Center Pointe is an established neighborhood a few miles east of I-225. It is mostly a family area with single family homes and a few apartments thrown in the mix. There are a few fast food restaurants and gas stations on the main roads and a post office, but other than that the area is close to a lot of other shopping and dining, with a lot only 10 minutes away. Being located so much farther east than most of Aurora, there are many open fields nearby and it lends to a more quiet kind of atmosphere. The major roads do get well traveled and have some issues at rush hour, such as on Alameda Pkwy, Buckley Road, and East MIssissippi Avenue.
The schools for children who live in this neighborhood are really well ranked and there seems to be an overwhelmingly positive view from the parents perspective. There is a good student/teacher ratio with emphasis on academics.
There are no direct medical facilities in the area, but within about 15 minutes drive there are more than a couple of options.

Thanks for this review and I did hear good things from parents and a little boy that Coyote Hills Elementary School is a great school.
