Need to rent a home for $400.00 per month near Centerville

I am planning to move to ohio in march 2012 to live near my daughter but i dont want to pay those high apartment rents, i want a 2 bedroom home in a city near centerville because i know all rent in centerville is high and i want a house 400.00 per mo or less. I do not want to live in a run down area or where there is high crime or just bad neighborhoods.
