"Suburban life with access to northwoods feel"
The City of Champlin borders along the Mississippi River and Elm Creek Park reserve with so many different outdoor activities right out your back door. There is an abundance of trails for exploring; many designated for mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, walking, and even horseback riding. Close to main highways. Close to shopping and eating establishments. Many great neighborhoods with numerous parks for young children and adults. The city offers many activities for all ages. Champlin has a wonderful school district that promotes accelerated learning. I have lived here for 3 years and look forward to many more.
