"The best neighborhood in Indianapolis, even Indiana"
Chatham Arch has just about everything you could need no matter what place you are in life. There are quiet, quaint houses with cobblestoned streets in historic areas or there are a variety of modern condos within a 2 minute walk of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Indy is a small town so you won't get the variety you'd get in LA or NYC obviously but as Indy goes, its as hip and friendly as you could hope. They often have fun events for different causes or you can walk to a variety of art galleries within minutes as well. Not to mention downtown is a $5-7 taxi ride (if you wish to take one as you could probably walk) away. It is also one of the more progressive LGBT areas around.
