Are there some young people (between 20 an 30) in Chestnut Hill? And some art or music workshop?

I'm a 24 years old french girl who wants to be an au pair next year and I have find a really nice family in Chestnut Hill. I'm just wondering if I'll be able to meet some people of my age and find some art workshop or music workshop there? Or will I have to go in downtown Philadelphia?
