What are the best neighborhoods for single women over 50 in Chicago?

I'd stay on the North Side of the city, though if you make good money The Loop or Near North Side would be fantastic choices. There are plenty of good museums nearby, and you can find a lot of good groups and clubs to join. Then I'd just start looking north from there. Check out Lakeview, Uptown and Edgewater for more options. Everyone is different, but those are great options that you should definitely take a look at.
